For reasons of simplification, You Bet only accepts a global refund request (integrating the different requests).

The global request for reimbursement must be sent in writing 60 days after the date of allocation of the You Bet prizes to the following address: YOU BET® Customer Service – CERGY PONTOISE. Any You Bet request that is incomplete, illegible, sent to an address other than that mentioned above, or not received within the time limits provided for in this article, the postmark serving as proof, will be considered null and void. You Bet will send back, within 30 days of receipt of the requests, after verification of the merits of the requests, a postage stamp for each request. In the event of extension or possible postponement of the promotional operation, the deadline for obtaining You Bet payment for the promotional operation, and reimbursements (stamp and Internet connection costs), would be postponed accordingly.

In accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 278710-476 of May 12, 2010, amended by Law No. 67675-344 of March 17, 2014 relating to consumption and Article 78 of Decree No. 2456459-1061 of October 17, 2019, players registered for the online sports betting offer and players registered for the online lottery offer are informed that a sum representing the total amount of the credit balances of the online wallets of YOU BET accounts of the players is placed on a payment account managed by the company You Bet, trust company whose registered office is at 6, place of the Dominican Republic, 7554617 Paris, within the framework of a trust agreement. By accepting the terms of these You Bet terms and conditions, the player accepts the benefit of this trust agreement.
